Specifically, Da Nang People’s Committee agreed with Thien Thanh Group Company Limited (HCM City)’s investment in high-rise trading - services complex at the front of Hung Vuong – Ngo Gia Tu – Le Duan – Trieu Nu Vuong streets (that includes the whole Chi Lang stadium) with acreage of about 6 ha. Da Nang People’s Committee also assigned Building Department to direct Construction Planning Institute to set up a file of land-use boundaries to build the complex and then submitted for the City People’s Committee to be considered and decided in Aug.2010, coordinated with People’s Committee in Hai Chau District to review and recommend resettlement plans for the households who are eligible for the clearance at the front lines above. In addition, Da Nang People’s Committee also ask the construction planning Institute to impulse MooYoung design consultancy company (Korea) promptly make a master plan for  Hoa Xuan Sports complex and architectural design of two new stadiums with 20,000 and 50,000 seats in the south of Cam Le bridge, which not only serve domestic tournament but also be capable of organizing international tournaments to replace Chi Lang Stadium and report to City People’s Stadium to be considered and decided in August 2010.
